The first stop on this year’s Road to Lyon tour is none other than Music City. Former Bocuse d’Or Team USA Chefs are coming to Nashville, Tennessee for one night only to host a special celebratory 5-course seated dinner at the brand new JW Marriott Nashville!
The JW’s very own Chef Simon Bowker will host featured Chefs Erik Anderson (Coi, San Francisco CA), Brad Kilgore (Alter, Miami FL), Mathew Peters (Bocuse d’Or Team USA 2017 Gold Medalist), Rich Rosendale (Roots 657, Leesburg VA), and Philip Tessier (Bocuse d’Or Team USA 2015 Silver Medalist; Hestan). Joining them for this culinary event are local Chefs Matt Bolus (404 Kitchen), Gerard Craft (Niche Food Group), Michael Lishchynsky (Bourbon Steak), Andrew Little (Josephine), Julia Sullivan (Henrietta Red) and the JW Marriott Nashville’s Executive Pastry Chef, Romain Fournel.
