These ment’or chefs will prepare a multi-course menu that will be paired with Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame and wines from Chateau de Beaucastel\, including some amazing back vintages. Chef Karr-Ueoka is one of Chef Keller’s mentees and has been nominated for multiple James Beard Awards.
