DESCRIPTION:Chefs Daniel Boulud\, Thomas Keller\, Jérôme Bocuse\, and Gavin Kaysen invite you to the 2026 Gala benefitting the André Soltner Grant Program\, presented in partnership with Bilt. \nThis year marks the 100th anniversary of Chef Paul Bocuse’s birth and this gala pays tribute to his extraordinary legacy of mentorship and culinary excellence. Monsieur Paul held a strong belief in honoring tradition while embracing innovation and nurturing the next generation of chefs. This spirit continues to shape and guide Ment’or’s mission today. \n Since 2014\, we have awarded over $2.2 million in grants to young chefs from around the country. Helping these chefs stage around the world helps build a successful pipeline of talent in the U.S. and establishing America as a leader in the global culinary community.
