2026 Grant Applications Are Now Open!
Our André Soltner Grant Program is designed to provide young culinary professionals with opportunities to expand their training and skills through unique stage experiences. Our goal is to support rising talent with meaningful, hands-on experiences that inspire lifelong learning, and a commitment to give back to the profession. Whether you are a part of the kitchen, dining, or beverage team, we encourage you to apply!
This year, all stages will take place at restaurants/establishments located within the U.S., giving grant recipients the opportunity to explore the incredible education, mentorship, and culinary excellence happening right here in America. For those selected, a Ment'or grant covers up to 2 months of a stage (including salary, transportation to/from the stage location, and accommodations), capped at $6,000 per month.
Basic Eligibility Requirements:
To apply, you will have to complete this online form, which includes sending personally written essays, recommendation letters, resume and headshot. The deadline for submitting the application is March 30, 2026.
