We’re excited to host the Young Chef & Commis Competitions again in Las Vegas, April 15-17, 2026. The Young Chef and Commis competitions offer a unique opportunity for some of America’s best culinary talent to showcase their expertise in front of a panel of esteemed Ment’or Culinary Council Chefs.
This premier event offers two competitions, one for young chefs (ages 22–28) and one for commis (21 and under). The competitions offer a chance to compete at the highest level, with hands-on competition, direct mentorship, and career-defining exposure. Winners receive opportunities to attend Bocuse d’Or events or take home cash prizes.
