We are excited to announce that applications are now open for chefs wishing to qualify for Team USA 2027 –– a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete for a place in American culinary history.
Representing the United States at the Americas Selection in 2026 and the Bocuse d’Or Finale in Lyon, France, in January 2027 is an extraordinary honor. Known as the world’s most rigorous cooking competition, the Bocuse d’Or is the pinnacle of global culinary excellence, artistry, and achievement.
Founded in 1987 by Monsieur Paul Bocuse, the competition celebrates the dedication, precision, and vision behind tomorrow’s haute cuisine. Over the years we have discovered the Bocuse d’Or to be not only an intensely challenging competition, but also a journey of tremendous growth and reward for those involved. Team USA has been honored to place on the podium, winning Silver in 2015 and Gold in 2017.
As we celebrate America’s culinary talent and heritage, we are seeking the next Team USA — chefs who, with the support of our Board, coaches, and past teams, will bring talent, tenacity, and determination in pursuit of Gold in 2027.
