The Thomas Keller Cup

Come celebrate Ment’or’s 15th Year Anniversary at The Thomas Keller Cup!

Please join Chef Thomas Keller for this very special day of golf followed by a dinner at Ment’or Culinary Council Chef Junior Borges’ restaurant Meridian.  Come learn more about what we do to support Team USA and the next generation of great culinary leaders in America. This event commemorates all that we have achieved with Team USA and our Grant/Young Chef Programs. Proceeds raised will go towards laying the foundation for the next 15 years for Ment’or.

Ment’or was initially created to recruit and train Team USA to compete at the most prestigious bi-ennial international culinary competition, the Bocuse d’Or. Team USA has achieved unprecedented success, winning the silver medal in the 2015 competition and Gold for the first time ever in 2017.

In 2014, our Ment’or Grant Program for Continuing Education was launched so that applicants could apply for a grant to study food, wine, or culinary service at restaurants around the world. It was followed by the creation of our Young Chef & Commis Competition series to find up and coming culinary leaders and talented young chefs, to identify future ambassadors for the culinary arts, and to showcase the skill level and cuisine in America.

Our special 15th Anniversary celebration commemorates all that we have achieved and all that we are looking forward to accomplishing in the future. This evening will lay the foundation for our next 15 years and beyond.
