The Press Democrat spotlights Team USA 2027 selection for the Bocuse d’Or 

The Press Democrat joined a special Ment’or Bocuse d’Or Team USA ceremony, held at COPIA in Napa, California. The ceremony honored past Bocuse d’Or Head Chefs, and announced that Chef Vincenzo Loseto and Commis Tyler Higson were selected to represent Team USA at the 2027 Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France, one of the world’s most prestigious culinary competitions.
