2026 Young Chef & Commis Competition

As we continue to build our legacy and introduce more aspiring young cooks to the Bocuse d’Or, we are proud to present our 2026 Young Chef and Commis Competitions in Las Vegas, Nevada. These competitions help identify up-and-coming culinary leaders and provide winners with the incredible opportunity to travel to Lyon, France and support team USA at the 2027 Bocuse d’Or Finale in January.

On April 16th, we invite you to cheer on our Young Chef teams and Commis candidates, as they compete in front of a panel of esteemed chefs, including former Team USA head chefs and members of our Culinary Council.
