This year’s gala will be hosted at the soon-to-be opened Brasserie Boulud, Chef Boulud’s reimagined Parisian Brasserie facing Lincoln Center in the heart of the Upper West Side.

Grant Program provides transformative opportunities through grants, education, and mentorship from some of the world’s most distinguished chefs.

Since 2014, we have awarded over $2.2 million in grants to young chefs. Helping these chefs stage around the world is integral to our mission of building a successful pipeline of talent in the U.S. and establishing America as a leader in the global culinary community.
