In 2017, Team USA made history when Chef Mathew Peters won gold at the Bocuse d’Or. A young chef named Vincenzo Loseto was part of that journey as a team assistant. Ten years later, they’re returning to Lyon, with Mathew as Head Coach and Vincenzo as Head Chef of Team USA 2027. Together, they’ll lead the team in pursuit of another place at the top of the podium.
