Frito Pie Ingredients (per serving)
2.5 oz bag of Fritos
3/4 cup of chili (see below)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream 1 green onion, sliced
Fresno chile, sliced, optional

Frito Pie Instructions
1. With scissors, cut Fritos bag open along the back crease
2. Fold sides of the bag down without tearing
3. Ladle chili over Fritos, top with sour cream, grated cheddar, green onion, and Fresno chile slices if desired
4. Serve right out of the bag
5. Enjoy!

Chili Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 med-large onion
1/2 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt (diamond crystal)
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp espelette pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
4 cans Texas ranch style beans (14.5 oz)
3 cans tomatoes (14.5 oz)

Chili Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a pot
2. Add the onions and garlic in the same stockpot with the beef
3. Add spices and continue to cook until onions are softened
4. Add tomatoes and beans and simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat, stirring every 5-10 minutes
