454 g. Unsalted Butter
400 g. Granulated Sugar
300 g. Brown Sugar
4 eggs
2 g. Vanilla extract
510 g. Bread flour
10g. Baking soda
5 g. Baking powder
5 g. Kosher salt
200 g. Feuillitine
200 g. Quaker Oats 
315 g. Diced macadamia nuts
720 g. Chocolate chips


Cream butter and sugar together with the paddle attachment on a kitchen aid.
Triple sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter and cream mixture. Mix.
Add the flour mixture. Mix and then add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix till combined.
Portion with an ice cream/cookie scooper. (60 scoop) Press to flatten and bake at 320 for 16 minutes.
