Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, former Chef de Cuisine at Thomas Keller’s restaurant The French Laundry, represented the United States at the Bocuse d’Or competition in 2009, after winning the Bocuse d’Or USA semi-finals held in Epcot in September 2008. Chef Hollingsworth and his commis Adina Guest placed sixth at the world final in Lyon, France, the best an American team has ever done.
