Chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Jérôme Bocuse, and Gavin Kaysen invite you to the 2026 Gala benefitting the André Soltner Grant Program, presented in partnership with Bilt.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of Chef Paul Bocuse’s birth and this gala pays tribute to his extraordinary legacy of mentorship and culinary excellence. Monsieur Paul held a strong belief in honoring tradition while embracing innovation and nurturing the next generation of chefs. This spirit continues to shape and guide Ment’or’s mission today.

 Since 2014, we have awarded over $2.2 million in grants to young chefs from around the country. Helping these chefs stage around the world helps build a successful pipeline of talent in the U.S. and establishing America as a leader in the global culinary community. With your support, we can continue to shape the next generation of great American culinary leaders.

The evening will feature an exceptional lineup of chefs, including Michael Anthony, Franklin Becker, Christophe Bellanca, Matthew Kirkley, Alex Lee, Angela Mar, Mathew Peters, Melissa Rodriguez, Richard Rosendale, Stefano Secchi, and more. The gala will be hosted at Le Pavillon, Chef Boulud’s garden-filled dining room at One Vanderbilt, with striking views of Grand Central.
