Please join Chefs Thomas Keller and Junior Borges as we celebrate the 12th anniversary of our charity golf tournament. This year, we’re excited to bring the tournament to the heart of Texas for the first time, at Omni PGA Frisco. 

This tournament is named after one of our great supporters and founding Board members, Joel Buchman, who was dedicated to building a strong network and community of young American cooks for the restaurant profession. Your support helps provide aspiring culinarians access to unique educational opportunities, valued mentors, and crucial resources for Team USA at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyon, France. 

Enjoy a memorable day on the greens, fine dining, and good company — all in support of the future of culinary excellence.
