2025 Ment’or Grant Gala

Celebrating the Chef André Soltner Grant Program for Ment’or

Please join Chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and friends for a special evening at Restaurant DANIEL to support this important initiative. The Grant Program was built on the tradition of master chefs teaching and training the next generation — opportunities that were often difficult to access or afford. We set out to create a program that would help aspiring young talent in the U.S. pursue their dreams and build meaningful careers.

 Since 2014, we have awarded over $2.0 million in grants to young chefs. Helping these chefs stage around the world is integral to our mission of building a successful pipeline of talent in the US and establishing America as a leader in the global culinary community. 

We hope we can count on your support to provide more experiences so that young cooks can continue to be inspired and educated. Help us build the next generation of great American culinary leaders!
